An automation and software team built around one problem: disconnected systems.

GenZe Automation Integrate Solutions started from a simple observation — most contact centers run their telephony, CRM and workforce tools as separate products that were never meant to talk to each other. We build them as one. Founded and led by CEO Moiz Khan, GAIS is the team behind Vertox and the rest of the product family on this site.

WHO WE ARE

Engineers first

We are a development team, not a reseller. Every module in the Vertox suite, and every custom build we deliver, is written and maintained by GAIS engineers on Node.js, .NET, PHP, Python and Next.js.

WHAT WE VALUE

Systems that fit, not systems that impress

We design around how your team already works — your database, your call flows, your compliance requirements — rather than asking you to adapt to ours.

LEADERSHIP

The team behind GAIS.

Our leadership brings hands-on experience running and building customer experience systems for demanding, high-volume operations.

Moiz Khan

Founder & CEO

Sets the product direction for Vertox and the wider GAIS suite, and leads the company's engineering and client strategy end to end — from the first scoping call to what gets built next.

Engineering Lead

Product & Software Architecture

Leads the design and development of the Vertox platform and GAIS's custom software engagements, across Node.js, .NET and PHP.

Operations Lead

Call Center & CX Strategy

Brings direct experience in call center operations, workforce management and customer experience strategy to every deployment.

HOW WE'RE DIFFERENT

Three things clients tell us they didn't expect.

01

One team, one codebase

Your CRM, dialer and workforce tools are built by the same team, so they share data instead of syncing it.

02

Database-agnostic by design

MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle or MariaDB — we build to fit your infrastructure, not to lock you into ours.

03

We stay after go-live

Support and iteration continue after launch — most of what we build changes as your operation grows.

HOW WE ENGAGE

Sometimes the client is the end user. Sometimes it's another company.

A growing share of our work isn't a call center at all — it's another product that needs a communications layer, an automation engine, or a model trained on data that can't leave the building. We take those projects on the same terms: our code, your name on it if that's what the deal needs. More on how that works is on the Technology & Integrations page.
